When a user of courier services – sender or recipient, request a change in any of the circumstances specified in the bill of lading, such is done only after his written order.

Upon request to change the delivery address by the user after an attempt to deliver to the address indicated in the bill of lading, a new bill of lading is formed. The payment of the two bills of lading is in accordance with the instructions of the user who requested the change.
